  This breathing class can help a person deal more effectively with many issues. It can also help you become more efficient in your day to day activities and hobbies. 

  Participants should dress comfortably. The instructor recommends long pants and a t-shirt. Shorts are not recommended because some people have reported getting the chills during class. 

  The floor will be matted, but we do recommend bringing your own yoga mat (if you have one) and water.

All cell phone must be on silent or off. There are no spectators permitted at these classes. 

  The cost is $25.00 per class. Each class is approximately 2.5 hours, and will be instructed by Don Vitale.



Why is breathwork so powerful?

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.
